Make your own Lampshade Workshop - 19th March 2026 - 6pm-8pm

Join us at Kirk Braddan Church Hall for a relaxing and creative evening at our Make Your Own Lampshade Workshop! On Thursday, March 19th, from 6pm to 8pm, you'll learn how to transform leftover material into a beautiful, bespoke lampshade. This is the perfect opportunity to take some time for yourself and get creative. Bring your own fabric to perfectly match your home decor, or choose from our selection of materials. We'll provide everything else you need, including the lampshade kit and light refreshments to fuel your creativity. At the end of the evening, you'll walk away with a stunning, one-of-a-kind 30cm Drum lampshade that you can proudly say you made yourself.

This workshop does not teach how to recover existing lampshades

If you bring your own material please ensure the fabric is not too thick or has a loose weave where the ends fray/unravel easily. Best type of material to use is cotton, linen, light-weight upholstery fabric.
